This handforged knife is my take on a Finnish puukko style. The design is ideal for many outdoor tasks such as foraging, hunting/fishing, cutting rope etc.
The blade is 80crv2 (swedish steel) The handle is Maine black locust with a desert ironwood spacer and bronze fittings. The blade has a 20 degree secondary edge bevel.
Blade length: 4” Handle Length: 4 3/4” This knife has a through tang construction meaning the tang of the blade runs through the length of the handle and is peened over the buttcap creating the strangest and most durable fit for a knife.
Leather sheath is dyed, stamped and stitched by hand.
